At Goatsbridge Fish Farm, trout is their passion. Their knowledge and experience farming rainbow trout has been passed down through three generations. Each catch comes daily from the crystal clear waters of The Little Arrigle River, giving their trout unique taste and texture. They love trout, and they know if you give it a try you will too!

Having spent her childhood years growing up in their family guesthouse with the delightful aroma of home baking from the kitchen of her mother, Marie, whose baking skills were developed from the traditional “just like Granny used to make recipes”.
Highbank Orchards is home to the original and innovative and multi award winning HIGHBANK orchard syrup. We also produce several delicious Apple juices, including our acclaimed Christmas organic mulling apple juice.
We are now a member of the Kilkenny Food Trail. This is a Kilkenny project launched to provide awareness of the local food producers, local restaurants and food outlets around the county.
We are the first farm – to – table producers of Rosé Veal in Ireland and our Kilkenny Rosé Veal is reared to the highest possible standards on our family farm in Windgap, Co. Kilkenny. Our Kilkenny Rosé Veal is supplied directly to a range of butchers and restaurants across the Southeast.
Award winning Lisduggan Farm have recently picked up two gold stars from the Great Taste Awards for their Smoked Dry Cured Streaky Bacon and have been spreading the word about their delicious and succulent Baby Quinlan Gourmet Burger which is Ireland’s new delicious healthy food option, high in protein, low fat, reduced calories and gluten free.
Mooncoin Beetroot is grown and handpicked by the Murphy family in the fertile river Suir vally of South Kilkenny. The success of Mooncoin Beetroot steams from the fact that our beetroot is cooked and jarred in our home only hours after leaving the soil. This care, combined with our unique family recipe, produces beetroot we believe, to be of unrivalled quality!
